Terms & Conditions

By booking our equipment and/or setup/styling services you understand you are the event organiser of your event and agree to the terms below. To book our picnic equipment or styling, you first need to reserve your desired date and pay the security bond here.

VENUE PERMITS
We do not cover the application of venue permit or hire (if required). The place of your picnic will be organized by you (we have plenty of ideas if you need them!) and you will be responsible for any event permits if required. Generally speaking, you may not need an event permit for a small picnic.

EQUIPMENT HIRE
Equipment hire requires that you pick up and drop off on the same day you book, between 10am and 3pm. Items must be returned in good condition.

DAMAGED, MISSING OR SOILED ITEMS
Items should be returned clean and in their clean packaging. If items are soiled, (besides napkins) a small washing fee of $3 per item is incurred and taken out of your bond. If items are damaged beyond repair or missing, the value of that item will be incurred. (Generally the value of the item is x5 the hire cost, so a $4 hire cushion, would be $20 to replace)

PICNIC STYLING & SETUP
We can setup, style and pack up your picnic, so you don’t have to. Picnics are booked for 2 hours, if you require more time please get in touch.


WEATHER
If the weather fairy is not kind, we can easily setup in a nearby rotunda, in your home or on the verandah.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel and reschedule your event to another time, you can do this up to 3 days before the event, you can do so at any time via your confirmation email. (click on reschedule) at no extra fee.

If you need to cancel altoger, you can receive 80% of the fee back, and the full deposit, or receive a 100% voucher for later use. Please get in touch.

Cancelling less than 3 days before the event are not eligible for any refund, but you get the full deposit back. We recommend that you reschedule instead, which has a last minute booking fee of $45. If you need to reschedule due to new COVID 19 restrictions, there is NO fee required.

ALCOHOL & FOOD
We do have the licence to supply or serve food or alcohol. You may BYO, but please check the rules or permits at your event site.
