  • Yes! Please notify us when booking.

  • No stress. Our tours run rain, hail, or shine. Dress for the conditions and bring an umbrella, sunscreen, a hat, or whatever you need and we’ll even modify the route to maximize fun and minimize exposure to the elements!

  • We understand that plans can change, especially with group bookings. Our cancellation terms are:

    • 31+ days before: Full refund
    • 14–30 days before: 10% fee (deposit retained)
    • 8–13 days before: 50% fee
    • 1–7 days before: 75% fee
    • Within 24 hours: No refund

    Final group numbers are confirmed 7 days prior to your tour.

    If your group size changes significantly close to the tour date, a partial fee may apply.

    We always aim to be fair and flexible where possible, so please reach out if anything changes.

  • Children generally enjoy the City Tales tour! The other tours may not be as suitable. Children under 6 years old are free (no drink included).
