Many Hidden Lanes experiences take place in Ballarat's historic city centre and may include footpaths, street crossings, uneven surfaces and heritage buildings.

A wheelchair-accessible version of our Ballarat City Tales tour is available. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss route options and accessibility requirements.

Guests are welcome to take breaks during tours, and guides will assist where practical and safe to do so.

Assistance Animals

Accredited assistance animals are welcome on Hidden Lanes experiences.

If you are travelling with an assistance animal, please let us know when booking so we can ensure the experience is suitable and provide any relevant information.

Guides are trained to respond calmly to emergencies and will provide reasonable assistance where safe to do so. If required, emergency services will be contacted immediately.
