Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your booking. Please read below carefully for our terms and conditions.
• Food allergies or concerns should be advised at time of booking or at least 72 hours prior to tour commencement.
•By booking a tour, you accept full responsibility for your own safety and won’t hold Hidden Lanes liable for damages, loss, or costs associated with legal issues.

• Tours operate in all weather, and reserve the right to alter or amend an itinerary if circumstances require.
• All tours are walking tours unless otherwise stated
• Bookings are not confirmed without payment
• Travel insurance is recommended

Cancellation/Changes Policy:
• More than 7 days notice - no charge is incurred (minus booking and credit card fees). Changes to dates must be within 3 months of original booking date.
• 3-7 days notice - 50% of original tour cost is incurred.
• 72 hours or less - 100% of tour cost is forfeited.
• If we are forced to cancel a tour, any tour payments will be fully refunded (other than third party booking fees)
• We operate in all weather, though reserves the right to alter or amend an itinerary if circumstances require.

Private group bookings
· If you have a small group, we can schedule a tour to a time that suits you
· Tours can be adjusted to be between 2 and 3 hours.

Corporate bookings
· Corporate bookings are available for groups between 6 and 24  people per session – (groups will be split to maximum of 12)
· Prices include GST

Tours conducted in Korean: 
· These are considered private bookings.
· Group sizes can be from 2 – 10, and can can range from 2 – 3 hours with lunch options.

Refunds for packages and ticketed events -

If you have purchased a ticket to attend an Event, subject to any statutory rights of refund (including, without limitation, the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law as contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (“ACL”)) and the below clause specific to COVID-19 requirements or restrictions, and unless otherwise specified in these terms and conditions, tickets purchased to the Event are generally non-refundable and are not available for exchange.

Refunds for digital guidebooks -

We understand it’s easy to purchase digital items by mistake, or it may not be what you were expecting. In this case, we can offer you a full refund, simply send us an email at hello@hiddenlanes.com.au with the reason for your refund e.g. “I couldn’t download the guidebook on my phone and have now changed my mind.” and your refund will be processed no questions asked. Refunds will go back to the account you used to purchase (Paypal or credit card) and generally are processed by their system within 7-14 days.
